4. TEST & CODE COMPLIANCE:
Fire Label: Classified By UL For Application To Swinging
Type Fire Doors of the Hollow Metal or Steel
Covered composite type Rated up to 3 Hours, or
Wood Core Fire Doors rated up to 1-1/2 Hours.
Listed and Labeled as Gasketing Materials.
Tested in accordance with UL10B by Underwriters
Laboratory, Inc. .
Smoke Label: Smoke tested by WYLE Laboratories in accordance
with UL 1784-90; meets the requirements of
NFPA-105
5. INSTALLATION:
Installation to be performed in strict accordance with
manufacturer's instructions furnished with product.
Carefully trim and notch to fit within the stops of the frame
opening. Trim PemkoPrene seal to 1/16" longer than trimmed door
shoe on each end. Open door and slip door shoe onto bottom of
door. Adjust for best seal, then fasten with
#6 x 5/8" sheet metal screws.
6. WARRANTY:
Guaranteed by manufacturer against defects in material or
workmanship for 3 years.
