DESCRIPTION:
- A. 100% Acrylic-based coating
- B. DPR (Dirt Pick-up Resistance): The surface of the coating hardens and does not soften again under heat. The non-tacky surface provides high resistance to accumulation of dirt, mold, and pollutants
- C. Excellent hiding power as well as flexibility and drying characteristics
- D. Mixed on site with water
- E. Integrally colored with high quality pigments
- A. A protective and decorative exterior or interior coating over concrete, masonry, stucco, or acrylic-based textured finishes. Compatible with El Rey finishes, may be applied over them
- B. To promote color uniformity of repaired and modified surfaces
- C. To color architectural details and graphics on any of the El Rey Finishes and Coatings
- D. Recoating existing EIFS
- A. Binder Base: 100% Acrylic
- B. Color: White or tinted to desired color
- C. Pigment based: Titanium dioxide
- D. Solids:

-By volume: 48% - E. Water base: VOC-Compliant
- A. Appearance: Flat, non-gloss, smooth finish
- B. Vapor Permeability: Water vapor permeable. Does not create a vapor barrier
