Draper Expands Window Shade Manufacturing Capacity

(SPICELAND, IND)— Draper, Inc. has moved its window shade manufacturing operations into a newer and larger building at its Spiceland, Ind. headquarters. The move increases Draper's floor space for window shade manufacture by more than 50%. "This increased capacity, coupled with our heavy investment in improved order entry software and automated manufacturing equipment, will enable us to continue to grow rapidly in the window shade business," said Jeff Miller, Manager of Window Coverings for Draper. The move was completed following a 56,000 square foot, $2.5 million addition to the company’s Spiceland manufacturing facilities.
