Upon entering the community, each resident will approach the security keypad area. This area is lit with two Niland LED bollards using the decorative Cleveland Series base. Lining the main office and club house area are several more LED bollards. Each LED bollard uses a single, 5700 Kelvin, LED flat panel design wired to a single power supply preset for 23 LED watts (50 HID watt equivalent). Each bollard LED light engine utilizes customized louvers to maximize the type five light distribution.

Illuminating each strip of parking area within the complex are Niland Monarch LED Series Roadway luminaires mounted to 25-foot fluted steel poles and adorned with our Cleveland Series clamp shell base. Each Monarch LED Roadway fixture features 90-diode panels directly mounted to the roof of the fixtures custom angled design. This technique transfers heat generated by the diodes to the external heat sinks, maximizing thermal management throughout the entire LED unit. LED thermal management is necessary to ensure LED function and lifespan. This complete roadway assembly is used throughout the parking lot and dumpster areas.

Strategically placed throughout the community and pool area are Barcelona LED Series post top luminaires mounted atop 10-foot fluted shafts decorated with our Cleveland Series base. Each Barcelona LED fixture also utilizes 90-diode panels, manufactured with 5,000 Kelvin color temperature in a unique angled panel design spreading light down and outward into a type three or five light distribution. Each LED panel is wired to a single power supply that is preset to 125 LED watts, equivalent to 250 HID watts. Every Barcelona LED luminaire is produced to maximize thermal management for an enclosed LED light source. Specialized vents located just beneath the canopy and decorative finial, allow for maximum air flow thus maintaining LED function and lifespan.
