One-of-a-kind quality for your decorative metal sheets
Do you know how to identify excellence in metal sheet work?
Perforated metal sheetwork is the cut-to-custom metal used to make decorative grilles. The pattern of a crafted metal sheet should be beautiful, bringing subtle elegance to a room and blending easily with surrounding features. The sheet should also provide perfect function.
Our aim is to provide customization at its best, delivering the perfect balance
of aesthetics and performance.
Coco Architecture's manufacturing methods allow us to customize each piece we make to our customer's needs and preferences. Available methods include a turret punch press for single-hit perforation, laser cutting, and water-jet cutting. We never sell pre-perforated sheets that are simply sheared down to size. We take care to ensure our work is the best solution for the space and its needs.
What kind of specific features do you need? We can do:
- mounting holes
- access doors
- stiffener bars and boots for floor applications
- mounting angles for concealed fastening
- matching fasteners for perforated grilles with custom finishes
We offer a range of sizes and free area percentages that cover the aesthetic requirements of an interior designer without sacrificing the performance requirements of an engineer. The perforation of each metal grille is constructed to properly balance your HVAC system. Upon request, we can do CFM calculations in order to determine the best free-area percentage to use for the optimal grille size.
Before production, each customer receives a fully dimensioned drawing of each order to ensure we deliver exactly what he or she needs.
This custom process is also available on the .
